This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free Wi-Fi, the fitness center, and the indoor pool. The staff shared great travel tips during my first stay, making it memorable. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for Xmas!

Unfortunately, our room had a persistent low beeping noise that was quite distracting. It came from the outlet between the beds, which was frustrating during our sleep. Even with the fan on, it kept my wife awake.

I found the Holiday Inn Express to be a comfortable stay with clean accommodations and enjoyable on-site dining at Cafe Bricco. However, the check-in process could be improved, as we experienced delays and some confusion regarding room availability. Bed bugs in the room made for a horrifying experience, leaving me extremely disturbed. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and provided a smooth check-in despite a minor issue with my key card. The room was spacious and comfortable with Dove toiletries and a nice breakfast selection including fresh bagels and muffins. However, the cleanliness issue with the mattress overshadowed the otherwise pleasant features of the stay.

my stay was made even better by being just a short walk from Summit Mall for some shopping and nearby Bicentennial Park, which offered lovely views and a great spot for a stroll after exploring the city.

The front desk greeted us warmly, I mean they really made us feel welcomed right away. It was nice how clean everything felt and the food at that pub attached to the hotel was so good you wouldn't believe, I even tried their fancy drinks! They did a solid job creating an inviting atmosphere that put us in the mood to relax.

Just a heads up, it wasn’t cheap. But for the experience we had, honestly, it was still worth it.
