We had a rough stay; the shower in our room wouldn't drain at all. When I brought it up, the staff brushed it off, saying I should've said something sooner. It felt pretty frustrating and left a bad impression.

Room was nice and comfortable. the experience quickly derailed from there. Cleaning required 24-hour notice, but I wasn’t informed until the day before. The business center had non-functioning computers, and one front desk staff member was exceptionally rude. Paid $160 per night. For that price, I expected better service. On my second night, the smoke alarm blared, and after three calls to the front desk, maintenance finally appeared. The shower had issues—cold blasts and lukewarm water. I was improperly charged a smoking fee. The bartender was the sole bright spot. Staff, overall, need training in customer service. Serious improvements are required to justify the cost.

Clean and nice place. Comfy rooms with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, and microwave. Valuable amenities like a fitness center and nice pool. Bar food and drinks were amazing. Free parking in front and back. Staff were helpful, and I felt safe. Good location for quick trips downtown.

The room was generally clean and spacious, allowing for easy movement. Comfortable bed with standard pillows, though feather options were present, which I didn’t prefer due to allergies. HVAC worked well, keeping the temperature pleasant. attention to detail was lacking; I found black mold around the window seal. The shower was roomy and well-maintained. Unfortunately, there was no microwave available, which would have been convenient. On the downside, room service was unavailable, and there was inconsistent communication about deposits and amenities at check-in. Curtains blocked some noise, but hallways had an unpleasant odor.

The breakfast was a feast with grits, eggs, bacon, and pastries galore! The vibe was so peaceful, and the staff, especially the friendly guy with dreads at the front desk, made me feel so welcome. Everything was clean, and the outdoor pool was a perfect spot to unwind!

The location near shopping centers and restaurants was convenient for grabbing a meal after a long day of work. The water pressure in the shower was good, and we liked that the shower head had different spray patterns to adjust to our needs.

We hit up the coolest spots in ATL , the vibes were lit! Plus, the free parking and nice pool were clutch. Great food and drinks at the bar, and we even got a late check, out for free , score!
