Although this place offered many great amenities and services, we were disappointed to discover that room cleaning required a 24-hour notice, which was not communicated to us beforehand. Additionally, the computers in the small business center were not functioning during our stay, making it challenging for those needing to use them. Despite these minor inconveniences, we highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends, given its luxurious ambiance and exceptional customer service.

The check-in process was a mess, and the staff seemed unorganized and unprepared. They couldn't seem to locate my reservation and it took a while to get everything sorted out. Additionally, the walls were thin and I could hear every noise in the hallway, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and would choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

I recently stayed at a Doubletree hotel in Atlanta for a business trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and the bartender was amazing. The bar also stayed open a little later than the pool, so it was convenient to go for a swim and then enjoy a few drinks.
