Couldn't stay longer

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the easy-to-find location and the smooth check-in process. The staff at the front desk, particularly Sarah, were incredibly polite and friendly. It was a nice touch that they offered us a free breakfast, which would have cost $11.95 per person. It made our stay even more enjoyable.

Honestly, we felt right at home during our stay and had nothing to complain about. The care and attention provided by the staff was exceptional.

The breakfast omelette was delicious and the hotel was clean. the staff was accommodating and nice.

We had to miss out on parts of a family wedding dinner because of their strict adherence to some rule about the person who booked the room being the only one able to check in. This was especially frustrating since my husband and I live at the same address and use the same credit card.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. the location was ideal as it was close to everything I needed while I was in town, including restaurants and shopping. The rooms were nicely updated with modern touches and had everything I needed, be it a king-size bed, 2 beds or breakfast included. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive to my needs.

During my recent stay at Doubletree By Hilton, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, displaying a level of professionalism and friendliness that made my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, and I found the rates to be fair.

The complimentary cookies and coffee at check-in were a nice touch. the location was easily accessible from the highway and there was ample parking available. the lobby was nicely decorated and had a cozy fireplace that was perfect for sitting by.

My room was not up to par. the carpet was stained and there was a musty smell in the air.

As older guests, we loved the clean and new updates throughout the hotel. The quiet room and comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep. The front desk staff, especially Sarah, was charming, pleasant, and efficient. The convenient proximity to a good breakfast place, as well as the availability of food and drinks at the bar and restaurant, was convenient for us.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel had great value for money - I got more than I expected. The staff paid attention to detail and the rooms were nicely updated with modern touches. The location was perfect for me, with everything I needed in the Bloomington area.

The hotel's location is convenient, and there are other restaurants in the area. There is also a conference center that is spacious for events. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, though some guests had a view of the roof.

The parking lot could be difficult to navigate with a larger vehicle.
