The building and rooms were exceptionally clean, and the friendly staff made our stay even better. We really loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds at this hotel. It was the perfect place for a romantic escape. the location was great as well, close to touristy locations and delicious restaurants where we could enjoy a nice meal together. Additionally, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected our experience. the ice maker on our floor wasn't working, which was quite inconvenient as we had to go to another floor to get ice.

Our room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities like towels, a hair dryer, iron/ironing board, toiletries, and a coffee maker with coffee/tea bags, sugar. the breakfast every morning was perfect to start the day, with a variety of options including bagels, yogurt, scrambled eggs, and butter/cream cheese/jelly. the hotel's location also made it easy to travel to Charleston, with quick access to the bridge in less than 5 minutes.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Mount Pleasant for a quick 2-day getaway. The location was fantastic, with plenty of things to do just around the corner. The highlight of my stay was the excellent staff, especially Wendy at the front desk. She took the time to give us personalized recommendations for our limited time there, and her suggestions were spot-on. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. it was a great stay and I would definitely book here again!
