Arrived late and used cellphone key, so no check-in interaction. Check out was quick and easy. Staff at front desk and restaurant were personable and professional. Room was nice size, just wish was 2 queen instead of doubles. Room also was updated and clean. Breakfast in the morning was ok. there was a good selection, but some hot items were not kept hot. Location is near/walking distance to several restaurants and shopping and is right off I-185.

I recently stayed at Doubletree By Hilton in Columbus for a one-night business trip. Upon calling to request early check-in, the staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. When I arrived, they recognized me and made me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with adjustable temperature controls and a cozy bed with plenty of pillows. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and the easy check-out process. I will definitely be returning next month.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was small but nice, with a great shower. Plenty of towels provided. The room had a fridge which was useful, and there was complimentary coffee available. The pool was nice, though could have been bigger.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the front desk representative who went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in request. The rooms were spotless and comfy. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. Despite the notice of construction, we didn't hear any noise. I highly recommend this hotel due to its exceptional customer service.

The restaurant attached to the lodging was enjoyable. The mattress offered comfort. The room was cozy with a standing shower. The staff provided friendly and courteous service. The receptionist and manager resolved a reservation issue professionally.

The complementary breakfast and WiFi were a nice touch. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city's attractions. the gym facilities were well-equipped and allowed for a great workout.

The room was not properly cleaned with hair and debris left on the floors. the room also had some maintenance issues that were not taken care of, leaving a negative impression.

The value for money at Doubletree By Hilton was excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel's location was convenient, right off I-185, making it easy to get to Ft. Benning quickly. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! It is conveniently located right by the highway, coming up on I-85 North, and close to many restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room amenities provided enhanced comfort. Additionally, the swimming pool and fitness centre were great facilities to enjoy.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was convenient, as it was right off the highway, making it easy for us to get around. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the moment we arrived. We called ahead to request early check-in and they were more than accommodating. The receptionist had a bubbly and friendly voice, and she greeted us by name when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location was perfect for us as there were plenty of restaurants nearby. It was convenient to have an onsite restaurant, and the food was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, especially the late-night shift. They made us feel welcome right away and were always available to assist us. The room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool, which was a great way to relax after a long day. the service and atmosphere of this place were top-notch!
