i had a great couple of nights at doubletree by hilton. the shuttle service was convenient and the staff went out of their way to help, especially with storing our food before our flight. this stay exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit in aurora, and the warm cookies at check-in were a nice touch too.

the shower water ran cold unexpectedly.

I had a lovely stay with a room just the way I wanted it—no feathers, thank you! The room was comfy with a good vibe, and the wifi was as reliable as my morning coffee.

The bathroom felt a bit cramped, and those pillows were more like decorative throw pillows. I swear I could hear highway traffic plotting against my peace!

Complimentary cookies upon arrival were a nice touch.

I faced multiple issues during my stay that were incredibly frustrating. The hotel layout was complicated, which made navigating to amenities challenging. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the hot tub was closed, which was one of the main reasons for my visit. There were also long delays in receiving simple requests like towels and housekeeping, which left me feeling neglected and unimportant as a guest.

Consider using the stairs if the elevator is crowded. the stairwell is a bit hidden but is a convenient option to avoid waiting.

Pool towels not provided. staff response was slow.

The warm cookies at check-in were a nice touch, and the room, although a bit tight, was comfy enough. The staff were friendly, making me feel at home. Got to skinner with the chommies at reception, always a good vibe!

Loved my stay in a spacious room with modern amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and microwave. The shower had great pressure too. Enjoyed the fitness center and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. The indoor pool was clean and inviting. Really made my experience enjoyable!

I recently stayed here for a night, and the restaurant was amazing—breakfast was delicious! However, the check-in staff weren't the friendliest. I'd come back for the food!
