Location was convenient, close to city terminal sport club. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and dining suggestions. Accessibility to cruise port was great. Enjoyed the surrounding area with plenty to do.

Our stay in this hotel was perfect as it was situated in the west downtown area that was a quick walk to the cruise port. The room we stayed in had a great view of downtown. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff was lovely and attentive to our needs, they granted us an early check-in and let us store our luggage after checkout. In addition, we enjoyed the facilities such as the gym and pool.

The coffee machine in the room was not to our liking as we would have preferred a traditional coffee maker instead.

We loved staying at this place! The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring all the major sightseeing areas of downtown. It was situated just up the road from where the Cruise Ships dock and the harbor, making it a great area to stay in. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to assist us whenever we needed anything. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna facilities, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

The hotel has an ideal location, very close to the cruise port where we are heading next, making it convenient for travelers. It is also situated near the harbor, making it easily accessible for those flying in. Being in the center of Vancouver, it provides easy access to all the popular tourist locations. The rooms are comfortable with beautiful views and the staff delivers excellent service.

The breakfast room could be larger, as some guests had to wait for tables in the morning due to limited seating.

We spent a couple of days exploring before our cruise departure, and Auberge was perfectly located by the waterfront. The hotel staff were friendly and helped us make dinner reservations. The king suite was spacious with great city views, and the mini-fridge and microwave were convenient for leftovers. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, and we loved having access to the gym in the building.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it had everything we needed for a great trip. the location was superb - we were able to easily explore all the major sightseeing areas in downtown, as well as other Vancouver sites. The rooms were very comfortable, with a king bed that allowed for privacy and small tables. The shower was powerful and refreshing, and we also appreciated the great views. In addition, breakfast was good, and included eggs which was a nice surprise!

For the most part, everything was ok and up to our expectations.

During our Christmas vacation, we enjoyed the complementary continental breakfast and the coffee maker in our room. The hotel was perfectly situated near restaurants and shops, just a block away from the waterfront. The wonderful view from our room was an added bonus.

The hotel did not have enough rooms with two double beds. Despite reserving well in advance and specifying our needs, we were not accommodated as expected.

I loved how close Auberge was to the cruise port, only one block away! The view from my king suite was outstanding and the boxed breakfast provided was perfect. Highly recommend!
