We enjoy the excellent location, just minutes from the main square with plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff is incredibly friendly, and we appreciate the delicious breakfast served in the charming courtyard. Our room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable.

The shower drain was a bit slow, which was inconvenient during our stay.

where do i even start? the breakfast left much to be desired, not enough variety and stale food. plus, the heating was a joke, i expected a cozy room, not a mobile heater making my nostrils dry. after all this, how about a complimentary upgrade? just a thought. i almost thought about sharing a rave review, but couldn't help myself, really.

Novotel Cusco is perfectly located near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to explore. The breakfast in the courtyard was delightful, and the staff's kindness truly stood out.

However, the room I had felt a bit dark and cramped, and there were minor cleanliness issues that shouldn't have been overlooked. A bit of noise from outside interrupted my sleep too.

The staff were absolute champs, even helped me out when I was struggling to get my phone to work. They took me to get a local SIM, real lifesavers that crew!

My family and I had a great experience during our stay in a Colonial Family Duplex. It was perfect for us, with plenty of space for our teenage girls. The location was convenient, just minutes away from the main square. The staff were attentive and made our early departures for treks easy. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the local dishes. I appreciate how accommodating they were for our needs. We would stay here again anytime.

I had an amazing stay with lovely architecture and spacious, comfy rooms. The breakfast was excellent, but the mobile heating system made the air dry at night. Definitely coming back!

This hotel has beautiful decor, and friendly staff provides complimentary coca tea upon arrival, which was a lovely touch.
