Cozy Fireplace and Attentive Maintenance Staff

We were excited to enjoy a cozy fire in our fireplace suite, but unfortunately, it didn't work. We called the front desk and the maintenance staff promptly arrived to fix it. They even offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Despite this, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated their responsiveness. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and attentive maintenance team.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport but wasn't noisy at all from the planes. It also has easy access to Johnny's Steakhouse, where guests can enjoy delicious meals. Additionally, there is an Italian steakhouse nearby, providing guests with more dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The pillows are too poofy and lack support, which can make them uncomfortable to sleep on.

The friendly staff is attentive to detail, making recommendations for nearby pizza delivery and the best local restaurants. The basic amenities and charming rooms with fireplaces add a cozy touch to the stay.

I had an amazing stay at Doubletree! The hotel had a great location near the airport, making it very convenient for my early morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable, with a mini-fridge that I appreciated. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The attached restaurant, Johnny's Italian Steakhouse, served delicious food at reasonable prices. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Doubletree to others.

This hotel is super close to the airport, making it incredibly convenient for those flying in or out. Despite being near the airport, I was pleasantly surprised that it was not noisy at all from the planes. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. Loved this hotel! Traveling on 80-W, it was a little off the main Interstate, but easily accessible with Byway the next day. Wheelchair accessible room was great for my child with special needs. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the hotel and rooms were very clean. the convenient shuttle service to and from the airport was a great advantage. I also enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink and the fact that there were two bottles of water provided upon check, in.

The soundproofing in the rooms was not effective, as I could hear everything in the rooms next to me and above me. the lack of snow removal for the guest cars during the snowstorm was disappointing.
