I recently had a very pleasant stay at a hotel in Terrell. The hotel was conveniently located near outlet stores and a mall, making it a great choice for shopping enthusiasts. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided were of good quality, and the rooms were updated and impeccably clean. One aspect that stood out to me was the breakfast options, which were varied and satisfying. I found this hotel to be a great value for money and would highly recommend it.

When I was on a long road trip, I found a perfect spot to relax at Surestay Hotel. The room was nice and clean, and the Texas shaped waffles for breakfast were a delightful treat. The hotel is priced on the higher side compared to others in the area, but it's definitely worth it. The staff is very friendly and attentive to detail. The rooms were updated and very clean, with basic amenities taken care of. The breakfast is amazing, with quick bites and grab n go items, perfect for checking out everything nearby.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was right off of I-20 and within a short distance of the Canton Flea Market. This made it easy for us to get to our destination and do some shopping. Additionally, the hotel was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful environment for our stay.

Our experience at this hotel was not as pleasant as we had hoped. the rooms had several maintenance issues, with things falling off the walls and doors not closing properly.

The front desk lady, Donna, was very helpful and attentive. The pool was great. The rooms had a king bed with 4 pillows and smelled clean. The water pressure in the showers was amazing, and the shower heads were great. The Texas shaped waffles at breakfast were a plus. It was also conveniently close to outlets and a movie theater. It was a perfect location for our trip.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was clean with no defects. Everything in the room worked perfectly - AC/heat, microwave, fridge, etc. They even provided a coffee pot with all the necessary supplies. The presence of a hair dryer and iron was an added convenience. For the price, there couldn't be anything better. The location is great, being near outlet stores and a mall. The staff were friendly and the breakfast options were adequate, with waffles, danish, fruit, oatmeal, cereal.

Clean pool with slate tile, community washer and dryer available for a small cost. a pleasant surprise with a bright and clean lobby. Lots of dining options in the area.

The rooms at Surestay Hotel were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. My bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fresh and tidy. I appreciated the effort put into cleanliness.

The night staff was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. the individual at the front desk was rude and impatient while checking me in.
