I also appreciated the variety of comfortable sitting areas in the lobby, as well as the option to open the window for fresh air. The AC/heating unit was quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find gluten-free options at the Bistro, even though it wasn't mentioned on the menu.

We had a great time exploring the area during our stay. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to find restaurants nearby, including a MacDonalds just a short drive away. The staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Plus, the hotel was close to downtown Toledo convention center, which was perfect for our group.

We were disappointed to find that the hot tub was under construction, as we were looking forward to relaxing in it after a long drive.

The room was exceptionally nice and the decor was very soothing and tasteful. the king-size bed was very comfortable with ample pillows. the location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible. Moreover, the staff were friendly and accommodating, exceeding my expectations.

I had some issues with my key card, which caused unnecessary stress. Housekeeping knocking on my door before check-out time made me feel rushed.
