Rooms were clean and had nice river views. The parking situation was frustrating and often crowded. Great location near downtown attractions.

The value for our money was excellent and the room was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of nearby venues and attractions within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to be genuinely friendly and helpful.

Location was great, within walking distance to the concert venue. the check-in staff was amazing and very friendly. I also enjoyed the comfy beds and the decent view from the room.

The room itself was not up to my expectations. It looked rundown and the sheets didn't appear to be clean.

Almost perfect.

The room was impeccably clean and the bed was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from our balcony. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the River Market. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, our stay was enjoyable and we would consider returning in the future. I would recommend this hotel.

I was there for a weekend getaway and the location was perfect. The hotel has its own parking, which was very convenient. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also surrounded by many great restaurants and is just a short drive away from historical sites.

Comfortable bed, big TV, friendly staff. Small but nice room with a safe. Nice soap and shampoo. Welcoming cookie and water. Secure access to room levels. River park location, though a bit far from entertainment. Clean room, available paid parking.

The rooms were dirty and in need of major repair. There were no amenities other than a free cookie, and the pool area was poorly maintained.

Some staff members were not very welcoming at the front desk. Expensive breakfast option.
