The pool, though not huge, was clean and perfect for a relaxing swim. The room was comfortable and had enough storage space for my belongings. The balcony was a nice touch as well. Despite a few minor hiccups, the hotel staff, especially Jacob, quickly resolved any issues. I had a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for a half marathon in Palm Beach Gardens. Despite our room not being ready upon arrival, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and apologetic. They even called us when our room was ready, just 15 minutes later. The bartenders at the bar were also very nice and accommodating during our wait. Additionally, when we needed a bit of extra time after checkout to shower, the front desk employee gladly granted us an additional 20 minutes. The staff's kindness and flexibility made our stay even more enjoyable.

I loved having a balcony and the king-sized bed was so comfortable. Lastly, I appreciated that the basic amenities were readily available in the lobby, including disinfecting wipes. Our family spent a lovely Xmas in a hotel close to a shopping center with a Publix and Starbucks. We were given complimentary cookies and access to a nice pool. the room was cozy and the hotel staff was polite and accommodating.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. the shuttle driver, Mike Brady, was particularly impressive, providing us with valuable information about local attractions and going the extra mile to assist us with our bags. Additionally, the hotel's pool area was a relaxing spot to unwind.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the rooms were quite small and the bathroom counters were too short.
