My stay at Doubletree was amazing! The staff made my experience truly memorable. I was greeted with warm smiles and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Special thanks to Robert in the restaurant, who provided exceptional service with a smile. The festive atmosphere added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The pool, though not huge, was clean and perfect for a relaxing swim. The room was comfortable and had enough storage space for my belongings. The balcony was a nice touch as well. Despite a few minor hiccups, the hotel staff, especially Jacob, quickly resolved any issues. I had a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed and a balcony that had a cute little table and chairs. Another positive aspect was that breakfast was included in the price, which was a bonus.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for a half marathon in Palm Beach Gardens. Despite our room not being ready upon arrival, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and apologetic. They even called us when our room was ready, just 15 minutes later. The bartenders at the bar were also very nice and accommodating during our wait. Additionally, when we needed a bit of extra time after checkout to shower, the front desk employee gladly granted us an additional 20 minutes. The staff's kindness and flexibility made our stay even more enjoyable.
