Great location and friendly staff. Room cleanliness needs improvement.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were provided with plenty of towels without having to ask. the pool was large and well-maintained, with plenty of seating and tables available. the staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure everything was taken care of. the location was perfect, close to all the attractions but away from the busy main strip. We even got to enjoy the fireworks from Busch Gardens at night!

We had a fantastic stay at Doubletree in Williamsburg. The location was perfect for visiting Busch Gardens and Water Country USA, just a short drive away. The hotel was clean and the hallways were wide, which made getting around easy. Our room was spacious and had plenty of outlets for all our gadgets. The customer service was exceptional, they even sent our forgotten valuables back to us promptly. I highly recommend this hotel for a fun-filled vacation.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Busch Gardens and were pleased with our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were soft and luxurious. Being able to control the thermostat in our room was a nice touch. The grab-n-go area by the front desk offered a great variety of snacks. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and a greeting.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the parks and nearby gas stations and restaurants. It was so convenient to have everything close by. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a highlight, especially after a long day at the parks. the hot shower had amazing pressure and provided a much-needed relaxation.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. I really wished there was a hot tub by the pool.
