Un appartement cosy et super équipé situé au calme dans une impasse. J'ai été agréablement surpris par la propreté impeccable de cet établissement. De plus, les équipements disponibles étaient de qualité et m'ont permis de me sentir comme à la maison. Le parking était également un avantage appréciable, offrant une tranquillité d'esprit pour laisser ma voiture en toute sécurité. Le personnel était très professionnel et accueillant, rendant mon séjour encore plus agréable.

During my weekend stay at this hotel, I couldn't help but admire the stunning views of the bay from the panorama restaurant. the breakfast buffet was also a standout for me, with a variety of options that left my taste buds delighted. the location of the hotel was so convenient, situated in between the town and the marina with plenty of cheap taxi options.

When I inquired about the facilities, I was met with vague responses or no response at all. the hotel facilities were outdated and starting to become a bit run down.

I stayed at Sai Gon Hotel in Ha Long for 3 nights for a relaxing getaway. The location is convenient, with easy access to the sea. The receptionists were helpful, especially the lady who assisted us with directions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good hot water and AC. The breakfast selection was amazing, and the view from the restaurant was breathtaking. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. a great place to stay, especially for groups.

Efficient housekeeping and satisfying breakfast buffet, despite limited options later on. Communicative and supportive staff, particularly Huyen, assisted with financial and transportation matters.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the beach and situated on a little hill. The hotel had a beautiful garden area where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The room was clean and spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. I loved the bathroom, it was excellent and had all the amenities I needed.
