The breakfast selection was fantastic, with well-stocked and warm food options. The all-day availability of free soda and popcorn was a delightful perk. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The staff at the kickback hour were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, with feather pillows and a convenient air control panel. The shower had soap and shampoo dispensers, and the shower head was nice. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices, and the fridge worked well. the amenities and facilities exceeded expectations.

I recently stayed at Drury Inn in Charlotte for a week and had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome the moment I arrived. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast with a delicious selection of food, as well as an evening reception with free snacks and drinks. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near restaurants and a mall made it easy to find everything I needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Charlotte.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and the beds were even more comfortable than my own at home. I was pleasantly surprised to find body wash, conditioner, and shampoo in dispensers in the shower - a great convenience if you forget your essentials. The hotel also provided complimentary breakfast, dinner, and drinks, and let me tell you, the tacos were a real treat! The drinks were phenomenal too. Additionally, the hotel had an indoor pool and jacuzzi, and the mall was conveniently located just across the street within walking distance. And did I mention the bed? So comfortable!

The complimentary breakfast and dinner were a great amenity, and we really enjoyed having two free drinks at the evening kickback. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, with a mall within walking distance and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops to choose from.

One downside was the noise level, especially at the pool area. There seemed to be some loud and inappropriate music playing at times, and the pool and jacuzzi were often crowded with rowdy children.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, making me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. I especially appreciated their kindness and assistance during a stressful evacuation situation. The amenities provided, such as the free food and drinks during the reception and the hot breakfast bar in the mornings, were a pleasant surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel, near a mall and various restaurants, was also convenient. I highly recommend Drury Inn & Suites for a top-notch hotel experience.
