The room was super clean with fresh bedding and towels that had a pleasant scent. The temperature control was effective, ensuring a comfortable environment. It offered a partial view of the river, though the outside windows were dusty. Noise levels were impressively low at night, allowing for restful sleep. The bathroom came with a body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser, but it lacked a ventilation fan. Carpets looked a bit worn, yet the overall comfort made up for it. The large, clean space made the stay enjoyable despite minor drawbacks.

Amazing location, amazing amenities with a delightful hot breakfast that saved us money and a lively evening snack hour that felt like a bonus meal for our family.

The staff was exceptional. The assistant manager was particularly helpful in recommending activities for my two children. Everyone was friendly and attentive, going above and beyond. The complimentary breakfast and evening meals were fantastic—especially for picky eaters. The rooftop pool was a hit, providing ample space for relaxation. the room’s thermostats need improvement; returning to an overly warm room isn’t ideal. There are only two small elevators, which can be inconvenient. Parking was a challenge with narrow spaces and low ceilings. Lastly, coffee options could be better. The location is outstanding, but service responsiveness fell short. Despite these issues, I'll be back.

Had a fantastic time ringing in the New Year at this hotel! Great location right by the riverwalk, making it super convenient to explore nearby attractions and enjoy delicious dining options. The friendly staff went above and beyond, and the complimentary evening drinks and snacks were a lovely surprise treat after a day of sightseeing.

On the flip side, the parking situation was a bit challenging, especially if you have a larger vehicle. The room furnishings felt a bit outdated and the street noise could be bothersome at times.

The location is unbeatable, right near all the fun! The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing under the sun. And let’s not forget the delicious free lunch at 5:30 PM – a delightful surprise for all guests!

The complimentary breakfast and delightful evening snacks were unexpected treats. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless, with cozy bedding. Plus, the hotel’s prime location along the River Walk made exploring effortless!

The location was convenient, rooms clean, and staff kind. Breakfast and extras were a gracious gift to guests. Despite some noise and minor inconveniences, Olivia's exceptional service made for a great New Year's Eve stay.

I can't get over how cramped the parking garage was. The spaces were too narrow, making it really tricky to navigate. Honestly, it was a stressor every time I had to park or retrieve my car. Not ideal at all!

Friendly staff made a stressful situation easier by accommodating an early check-in for a funeral, which was a lifesaver. The evening happy hour exceeded expectations, with a full dinner spread and complimentary drinks. The location was perfect, right on the Riverwalk and near the Alamo. the room lighting felt too dim, and I was frustrated by the cleaning service; it took several requests and they still weren't consistent. Parking instructions were a bit confusing, and I wish I'd known about the deposit in advance. Still, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I’d consider returning.

Unbeatable Access to Riverwalk and Major Attractions in San Antonio

I had an amazing experience being right off the Riverwalk, where I could easily step outside and enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beautiful paths lined with cypress trees, with fabulous dining options like Rita's On the River and Bohanan's Prime Steak and Seafood just a few steps away, and attractions such as the Alamo and Main Plaza both within a 10 to 15-minute walk, making it the perfect base for daily explorations; the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the added perks like the included breakfast and happy hour made my stay even more enjoyable, but the parking fee could be a little high for some.
