The hotel's location in the heart of downtown was perfect for us. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a corner room on the 16th floor, which offered stunning views of the city. The blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in and relax without any disturbances. The lobby was beautifully decorated with elegant chandeliers, adding to the luxurious ambiance of this place. We also enjoyed the free streetcar service, just a block away, which allowed us to explore even more of the city.

The location of this hotel was excellent! It was centrally located and we were able to easily access all the activities we had planned for our trip. The hotel is in the Crossroads area and just a short walk to the Convention Centre. The room was spacious with plenty of outlets and USB connectors for our phones. The breakfast at Tavernonna was delicious and the staff, like Greg and Dylan, were always friendly and accommodating to our needs.

We really enjoyed staying at this downtown hotel. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions and entertainment. We were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room amenities were great too, including free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, and ironing facilities. The fitness center was also a nice addition, allowing us to keep up with our workout routines while on vacation.

I stayed at Hotel Phillips for a concert at the music hall and it exceeded all expectations. Valet parking and a complimentary shuttle within a mile radius were great perks. The area around the hotel was vibrant and full of options. The room was fantastic, with a heavenly bed and a neat, functional bathroom. an excellent choice for a girls trip or any visit to downtown Kansas City.
