Exceptional cleanliness standards in the common areas.

I was quite disappointed with the noise level during my stay. We had requested a quieter room, but it overlooked the pool area, which was filled with loud teenagers. To make matters worse, the front desk staff seemed indifferent when I brought up the issue, stating that they often host large groups that create chaos. This lack of accountability for the rowdy behavior made us feel unwelcome and forced us to endure an uncomfortable experience.

Staying at Drury Inn & Suites Springfield felt like being invited to a family reunion where the food is always buffet-style. The 5:30 Kickback offered a delightful spread, including pulled pork and nachos. Three free drinks—perfect for unwinding after a long drive. Breakfast featured all the staples—from made-to-order waffles to fresh pastries—like finding hidden treasures at the end of a rainbow. The staff was delightful, seriously, they were so nice that they could probably convince a grumpy cat to smile! Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like home (if home had a breakfast buffet and a pool).

Minor cleanliness issues.

The breakfast was a delight with yummy options like gravy and eggs (just add a pinch of salt for magic! ). Plus, we were in for a treat with the incredible hot tub to unwind after culinary adventures around the city.

This place felt a bit tired. the rooms had that old hotel vibe, and I wished they would jazz things up a bit. Everything was clean enough, but honestly, a fresh coat wouldn’t hurt to match the charming city outside.

The parking lot security could use serious improvement with concerns about theft!!! Additionally, I've noticed delayed room upgrades and inconsistent housekeeping service during my stay. It felt as if the whole place could use a facelift!!!

The kickback dinner saved us money with delicious options like pulled pork. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, including DIY waffles. The indoor/outdoor pool was unique and enjoyable. Clean and well-maintained rooms made our stay comfortable. We appreciated the attentive dining area staff during our visit.

I was blown away by how spotless everything was at Drury Inn! The rooms were impeccably clean and cozy, and I loved the wide variety of hot breakfast options available each morning. Did I mention the indoor/outdoor pool? It was such a fun twist, allowing for a refreshing swim in any weather!
