Great location near attractions. My son adored breakfast with Bill every morning. The breakfast offerings were varied—plenty of hot and cold options. the breakfast room was cramped. The lobby and hallways were immaculate, and the staff was articulate and friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the mattress fell short. The shower head is positioned too low for taller guests. A cleaning could elevate the hallway carpets and elevators. We navigated a minor hiccup at check-in due to payment methods, but it was resolved efficiently. The hot water issue was inconvenient but addressed quickly. This place has potential with a few adjustments.

I absolutely loved how easy it was to stroll around and explore various attractions just a short walk away, with the Titanic Museum being only almost 2 km and Dolly & Friends a Tribute just about 1 km from my room, plus the fun of the Tanger Outlet Mall right above made it super convenient for shopping; the hotel was clean and offered a comfy atmosphere with decent breakfast options like eggs and waffles, but I think they could improve on their handicapped parking availability.

Just stayed at a hotel near Tanger Mall. Breakfast was top-notch, but the room was smaller than expected. GREAT staff, would choose it again! Pool's not as nice as in photos.
