Great breakfast & snacks, loved the character of the building. Enjoyed the relaxing indoor swimming pool & jacuzzi. Only downer was an overcrowded & underwhelming complimentary dinner, but overall, a fab stay we'd repeat & recommend to buddies. 🌟

The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the evening happy hour with complimentary drinks. The hotel's location is great, with easy access to the riverwalk. Plenty of activities nearby. The comfortable rooms and excellent service made our stay delightful.

My stay at Drury Plaza hotel San Antonio Riverwalk was delightful. The two-room suite exceeded my expectations, with a king-size bed in one room and a pull-out bed in the elegant sitting area, offering a stunning view of the plaza and San Antonio Cathedral. The complimentary hot breakfast buffet and evening food and beverage services were exceptional, making dining a real pleasure.

The wait for the elevators was quite long, and the pools were crowded. accessing the room felt like a maze due to the layout.

The hotel's location among ongoing construction was challenging, but the staff was polite. However, cleanliness was lacking, with dirty floors and a stained duvet in our room. Nevertheless, the location and staff were excellent, and we appreciated the breakfast and room placement facing the cathedral. The upcoming stay has high hopes, especially for the light show. The facilities and staff were impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The valet service, rooftop pool, and hot tubs with city views added to the experience. While noise from neighboring rooms detracted from the relaxation, the hotel's proximity to landmarks like the Tower Life Building and the Briscoe Western Art Museum enhanced our family bonding experiences.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the Riverwalk and directly in front of the cathedral. We enjoyed stunning views of the river and were only a short walk away from the Alamo Plaza and the row of river walk restaurants. The service here was exceptional, with the staff making us feel like they were truly glad to help. They offered assistance with anything we needed, and each encounter with a staff member was a positive one. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything we could possibly need, including a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. Plus, the rooftop pool and patio were a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was absolutely perfect, right on the Riverwalk. Being able to step out of the hotel and immediately be surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere was incredible. Additionally, the rooms with a balcony and a great view of the river were simply stunning. Waking up to such a beautiful sight was a highlight of my stay. Finally, the breakfast spread was fantastic, with tons of complimentary appetizers to choose from. I especially loved the complimentary cocktails they offered, a perfect way to start the day.

The rooftop pool deck was a delightful retreat, offering the perfect spot to soak up the sun while enjoying the stunning views of the city. The two whirlpools provided a relaxing escape after a long day of meetings, and the fact that the hotel also featured an indoor pool was a pleasant surprise. The option to exercise in the well-equipped fitness center at any time was a great way to unwind and stay active. Additionally, the free WiFi and year-round outdoor pool were valuable amenities that contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
