We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the Riverwalk and directly in front of the cathedral. We enjoyed stunning views of the river and were only a short walk away from the Alamo Plaza and the row of river walk restaurants. The service here was exceptional, with the staff making us feel like they were truly glad to help. They offered assistance with anything we needed, and each encounter with a staff member was a positive one. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything we could possibly need, including a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. Plus, the rooftop pool and patio were a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city.

I would recommend this hotel to all our friends.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect, right on the Riverwalk. Being able to step out of the hotel and immediately be surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere was incredible. Additionally, the rooms with a balcony and a great view of the river were simply stunning. Waking up to such a beautiful sight was a highlight of my stay. Finally, the breakfast spread was fantastic, with tons of complimentary appetizers to choose from. I especially loved the complimentary cocktails they offered, a perfect way to start the day.

The hotel's location provided direct access to the Riverfront walkway and was on the quieter side of the river. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Sylvia and Andrew at the front desk.

During our stay, we had a fantastic experience at a hotel that was in a prime location, right on the riverwalk. The hotel's proximity to fun attractions made it easy to explore the city. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary dinner and drinks that were offered every night. The staff were friendly, and the room and bathroom were both clean and comfortable. The free breakfast buffet was delicious, and we loved the view of the city from our balcony.

We did see a few small bugs in our room.

Reception and staff were excellent, abundant and well-prepared food choices, efficient and pleasant floor manager, comfortable room, great location close to attractions, good breakfast and evening meals, nice pools and hot tubs, easy access to river walk.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at Drury Plaza Hotel and had a fantastic time. The staff was incredibly kind and made our anniversary even more special by sending up a bottle of wine and chocolates. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a nostalgic feel that isn't outdated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was so cozy I didn't want to leave. The breakfast had plenty of great choices, and the pool on the terrace was heated, which was a nice touch. The location right on the riverwalk was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to attractions.

The location was perfect for us, as it was right on the riverwalk and close to all the main attractions. We were able to easily walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

There were no negative aspects to our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations and we had a fantastic time.

Loved the historical charm, beautiful lobby, and great breakfast. Kickback was crowded but eating on the Riverwalk was a top experience. The pool and spa on top were amazing. Excellent location right on the Riverwalk. Lots of breakfast choices. Complimentary drinks were a bonus. The hotel staff was polite, friendly, and well-trained.

Felt so much at home, no complaints.
