We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was huge, very clean, and comfortable. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel had good facilities, including a restaurant on the premises. The location was convenient for attending an event in Palmer, as it was near everything.

No elevator to the 3rd floor, had to carry heavy bags up the stairs. Overcharged without consent.

This hotel is a great value for money! The location is perfect for both work and fun, with a restaurant on site and being just across from the old railway station and main event location. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are spacious with good closet space and a lovely view, and two comfortable beds. The breakfast included is a plus!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The mountain view from our room was absolutely stunning. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impeccable, with brand new carpets and linens in our super large rooms. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to the Street Fair and find great dinner options nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with information on parking and even recommending an app called OpenKey to make our stay more convenient.

Located in the heart of the area, this hotel is perfect for a work trip or just exploring the area. The in-house restaurant serves delicious food, and there are many other options nearby, including bars. Rooms are clean and comfortable with helpful amenities like a fridge and microwave. The beds are comfortable and the TV is a nice size, making it easy to unwind after a long day.

One downside is that the hallways could use more attention from the housekeeping staff to ensure they are properly cleaned.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. We appreciated the convenience of having grocery stores, gas stations, and other amenities close by. the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking!

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the complimentary cookies and hot cocoa in the lobby. the hotel's proximity to the downtown area and shopping center made it easy to grab last-minute gifts. Plus, the hotel offered a shuttle to and from the airport, which made traveling a little less stressful.

The room I stayed in was not up to par. the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the heating system was noisy and ineffective.
