Our stay was enjoyable, with clean and cozy rooms. I loved the practical bath area setup, though I’d suggest bringing a non-slip mat for the tub. The staff were genuinely friendly. Make sure to ask for housekeeping if it doesn't automatically happen, as we did not receive it on the second day.

I loved how clean and comfy everything was! Even the pillows were a delight, truly a cozy place to recover. The room felt quite luxurious for the price!

However, the lobby looks like it could use a spa day, and the cracked walkway was a slip hazard. My knees are still recovering from that uninvited aerobic workout!

The room was large, clean, and featured comfortable beds. The friendly front desk staff added a personal touch to the visit, making check-in a breeze!

The elevator was broken and looked worn, which felt deceptive!!! Additionally, parking noise was disruptive all night long and the overall exterior appeared outdated and in need of improvement!!! Soundproofing could drastically improve the experience!!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and check-in was easy. The only downside was that the breakfast options were limited. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room was super clean, modern, and had four USB outlets! Plus, the location was spot on for shopping and food options.

Visiting Hershey was a delightful experience, especially with such a comfortable place to stay. The room was impressively clean and spacious. The pillows were top-notch. It was fantastic to have a quick check-in process and sufficient towels ready for us. I also appreciated the convenient parking close to nearby attractions like Hersheypark and the zoo.

The Standard Queen Room was spacious, and I loved having two queen beds. The A/C worked well, which was great since we were there for a few nights. It was clean enough where it mattered, but the corners could have used a little more cleaning. Beds were just okay. they felt a bit lumpy. Plus, being next to a Fuddrucker's was a bonus! Overall, it was super convenient for our Hershey vacation and the staff was accommodating with our check-out request.
