The room was clean and well-equipped. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast at Fairfield Inn was absolutely delightful. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of options available, and the care taken by the staff to keep everything well-stocked. I even witnessed a staff member named Diana go above and beyond to help a guest with a waffle maker issue and assist another patron. It's clear that the hotel has a valuable asset in her.

We had such a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. When we needed to leave early in the morning, the front desk lady checked us out quickly and even gave each of our children a box of cereal, milk, and bowls for the trip. It was such a sweet gesture and made our journey much easier. The hotel room itself was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The person in charge of keeping the breakfast foods stocked, Diana, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist guests. The hotel's location is also convenient, close to restaurants and in the Gastonia Dallas area.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and understanding, especially when we had issues with our GPS leading us to the wrong city. They provided us with directions and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for us - it was close to all the restaurants and the George Pappas lanes where we were attending a tournament. This made it convenient for us to explore the area and find places to eat without any hassle.

The breakfast staff made my stay at Fairfield Inn incredible! Diana was so kind and made sure I didn't miss breakfast when I overslept. The clean rooms and friendly housekeeping staff were major highlights. I had an enjoyable stay.

The hotel had a convenient location right off the interstate, making it easy to access. the rooms were clean and quiet, despite being close to the road. the hot breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus, and there was even a Cracker Barrel restaurant across the street for dinner. Additionally, having a mini fridge and microwave in every room was a convenient amenity.

The washers and dryers provided for guest use were not very efficient. It took a long time for clothes to dry, and the washer didn't properly spin out all the water.
