Centrally located with a fantastic view of the New Year’s ball drop, the convenience of walking downtown was a major plus. The breakfast was tasty, though a better selection of fruits and pastries would’ve been nice. Clean bedding and decent rates made our stay worthwhile, but the housekeeping service struggled; daily requests for towels felt inconvenient. The slow elevators were frustrating, especially on the 8th floor, but the indoor-outdoor pool and friendly staff were highlights. A little more attention to maintenance and service would elevate the experience significantly. Definitely considering a return visit!

I absolutely loved how this hotel was just a short stroll from all the great attractions in Gatlinburg, such as the Guinness World Records Adventure and the Mysterious Mansion, making it super convenient to explore everything on foot without feeling overdone; plus, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast with awesome choices like biscuits, sausage, and pancakes to fuel my adventures! The amazing indoor and outdoor pool was a perfect way to relax after long days of walking around, but the property itself could use some updates and cleaning in certain areas.
