During our recent stay, we chose this hotel for its convenient location near the attractions in Gatlinburg. From the ice skating rink to the Southern-style dishes, each detail added to the experience. The mountain views and plentiful shops were a sight to behold. Exploring historical areas and waterfalls was a must. The free continental breakfast and hot tub rooms were a cherry on top. Can't wait for my next adventure!

Oh my gosh, the location of the hotel is amazing! you can chill on the deck chairs near the hot tubs anytime. So close to everything in town, but watch out for that tricky door layout 🙈. Only downside was the tiny room size.

the hotel's location is super convenient - just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. the staff is really pleasant and the breakfast is good. the maintenance guys and front desk were so helpful.

We were so close to all the action in Gatlinburg! We hit up Ripley's Aquarium and felt like we were swimming with the sharks! Then we conquered Ober Gatlinburg and hit the slopes and ice rink like pros! The location was lit!

It would've been even more lit if the hotel had a groovy rooftop lounge for us young party animals to unwind and enjoy the views after our adventures.

The elevators were slow, and there were cleanliness issues in the room. Despite some drawbacks, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The accessibility for senior people was impressive, with comfortable seating and easy navigation around the hotel's general areas.

The views from The Edgewater were simply breathtaking. Waking up to the serene river view from our private balcony was a highlight of our stay.
