Stayed at the Lodge for a concert trip. Staff handled room issue promptly. Comfortable beds and pillows. Exceptional staff went above and beyond. Jacuzzi was great. Only okay breakfast. Will stay again.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay, answering all our questions and providing suggestions for local places to visit. the indoor pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus and provided a great way to relax after a long day. Additionally, the complimentary continental breakfast included a variety of options, including tasty pastries and fresh fruit.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the excellent staff and their willingness to go above and beyond. The front desk provided great recommendations for dining and activities. The facility was well-maintained and the check-in process was quick and easy. Oh, and the espresso bar was a nice touch!

First of all, the location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. Situated in a beautiful area, we had stunning views of the mountains right from our room. It really added to the overall experience of our stay. Additionally, the hotel provided basic amenities that were much appreciated, such as a fridge and microwave in the room. It was convenient to have these facilities available for our use. Another great aspect was the friendly and attentive staff. Despite the hotel being busy with a concert in town, they still managed to address any issues promptly and with a smile. Lastly, the breakfast at this hotel was surprisingly good. With two waffle machines going, we could easily indulge in a delicious, warm breakfast before starting our day.

During my stay at Taos Valley Lodge, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean room. The bed was cozy and provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were sufficient and satisfying, providing a great start to my day. Despite a minor issue with the bathroom light not working, the overall facilities were well-maintained and tidy. The convenient location was ideal for exploring the area. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Taos Valley.

I recently stayed in a hotel that had 2 convenient queen beds, perfect for my family. The freshly remodeled rooms with colorful New Mexican style made our stay more enjoyable, and the breakfast with 2 waffle machines going was a delicious bonus.

The lack of breakfast and cleanliness issues in the room were disappointing. It would have been nice to have an option for breakfast at the hotel, and the room could have been cleaner upon arrival.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the comfortable mattresses and clean bedding at the hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we received excellent service from Jason, who provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. the ongoing updates to the property, including a new sign, were a nice touch.

There were a few drawbacks that we encountered. the cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been improved, and the pillows on the beds were flat and small.

We also enjoyed relaxing in the large hot tub and heated pool, which provided a nice way to unwind after a long day.

One of the major downsides of our stay was the noise from the road crew that seemed to be living in the hotel. the constant noise of their trucks running early in the morning was quite bothersome and made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including an indoor pool and hot tub. We also appreciated the convenient parking right outside our room. The location was perfect, with a short walk to restaurants and shopping. the friendly staff and convenient location made our stay enjoyable.

We loved being able to use the BBQ grills provided by the hotel, it was a great change from eating out every night. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were on top of fixing any issues we had. We had a pleasant stay at Valley Lodge and would recommend it to others.
