The service was braw—Simon the manager made us feel like family! Every need was met, especially the private teppanyaki dinner for my daughter. Only drawback? The bar staff at the 5th floor seemed a bit off. But overall, a cracking experience!

However, there were delays in luggage delivery and some soundproofing issues between adjoining rooms. This hotel is great for couples celebrating special occasions due to its attentive staff and luxurious amenities.

Our sky view corner room had an incredible city view, and I loved the prompt room service. The hotel location is super convenient for exploring.

I absolutely adored my stay at the Ritz Carlton Osaka! The spacious Superior Room had a stunning city view, and the attention to detail was remarkable, from the cozy Bose speaker to the luxurious Diptyque toiletries in the bathroom. Every evening, we indulged in delightful cocktails at the cozy in-house bar, where the warm ambiance made each moment feel special.

Staying with my five adult kids at this lavish hotel, we loved the special kids' events they offered. The attentive staff made sure we had everything we needed, and the kids enjoyed a memorable cooking class that turned out fantastic!

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast selection could use more variety.

The atmosphere was delightful, and the staff provided exceptional service. Check-in took an unreasonably long time, which dampened the experience. The cooking class for kids was a fun highlight. Overall, a nice place with room for improvement.

We enjoyed absolutely exceptional service from the Ladies and Gentlemen at this location. Our top floor room had a large, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of local and international dishes. The Kaiseki dinner in Hanagatami was beautifully presented and elegantly served.

Luxurious hotel, convenient location that is only 0.5 km from the nearest metro station and perfect for easy exploration, making it a great choice for short stays with impeccable service and a delicious breakfast experience featuring both local and international options.

My stay here was fantastic, especially with the easy access to the Floating Garden Observatory just a short walk away and the beautiful Grand Front Osaka nearby, which made my city strolls all the more enjoyable and memorable. it truly felt like a home base for my adventures in the city.

Our four-night stay was generally pleasant, but we faced confusion with the check-out process due to a withholding fee we weren't informed about upfront. However, the morning buffet provided a lovely mix of cuisines, and we thoroughly enjoyed the engaging staff who turned our simple interactions into memorable experiences.
