The service at this hotel was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They even surprised my son with little treats for his birthday every day. The room they upgraded us to was divine, with luxurious amenities and a comfortable bed. We also loved the nightly turn down service with chocolates - such a nice touch!

The rooms were smaller than what we were used to in the US, but still larger than other places we stayed on our trip. Additionally, the hotel could provide more information about nearby attractions and things to do in the area.

Transportation to and from Kansai Airport was easy, thanks to the nearby arcade.
