This hotel is an absolute gem! the location is absolutely fantastic. Tucked away on a quiet street, it's a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. Plus, it's just a short walk from the subway, making it super convenient to explore all of the amazing attractions New York has to offer. Secondly, the staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations throughout my stay, their attention to detail and friendliness really made me feel at home. Lastly, the rooms are exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were excellent - just what I needed after a long day of exploring. And to top it all off, breakfast was included, which was a wonderful bonus.

We stayed in a lovely hotel in a vibrant area close to great public transportation. We loved our spacious and comfortable room,slept very well thanks to comfy beds and minimal noise. The staff were polite and helpful. We also found breakfast options to be delicious.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It's situated in a fresh neighborhood that is more local than touristy, with plenty of great places to eat and drink in the evenings. The hotel is also conveniently close to the Delancey Subway station, making it easy to explore different parts of the city.

Everything was just fine.

During our romantic escape, we found the dormitory rooms to be ideal for solo travelers. the three bunk beds provided enough space and flexibility. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception, making it convenient for us to check in and out at any time. Additionally, the daily changing of linen and beds being made added a touch of comfort to our stay.

There were a few aspects of our experience that were disappointing. our card needed to be recalibrated multiple times, resulting in inconvenience when trying to enter our room, especially late at night.

Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, and good pressure in the showers. The building itself is a gem with unique features on each floor. Great location near train stations and must-see areas like Little Italy and Chinatown. The balcony was a nice spot for breakfast.
