I had such a great experience staying at El Primero hotel for four nights in late May. I was in San Diego to help my mom recover after surgery, and staying at El Primero felt like a home away from home. The spacious and serene courtyard, with its European-style fountain, was a peaceful way to start the day. The breakfast selection, including fresh fruits, was delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hosts, Pie and Sol, were warm and welcoming.

The hotel’s location was perfect, being both safe and secure, and within walking distance of numerous restaurants. The highlight of my stay was the unique and wonderful breakfast served in the private tropical garden. The buffet offered a variety of fresh tropical fruits, delicious baked goods, and a selection of juices. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. it was a delightful experience.
