Our stay at Level Chicago - Old Town was fantastic! We enjoyed the spacious rooms, great views, and convenient location near amenities like ALDI. the gym, games room, and pet-friendly atmosphere were perfect for our family. the fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer were a bonus. the staff was friendly and offered helpful recommendations, making us feel right at home.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Convenient location near restaurants and grocery stores, the building has a mix of permanent and temporary residents. The room is spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern kitchen appliances. Enjoyed the amenities on the 8th floor. Staff were friendly and accommodating, providing fresh linens and towels regularly.

We had an amazing stay at Level Chicago - Old Town! the spacious rooms with a living room, huge bathroom, and comfortable bedroom were perfect for our needs. the location was great, within walking distance of many attractions and with an ALDI next door for convenience. We especially enjoyed the games room and gym. it was the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends.

I was blown away by this luxurious hotel! From the moment I checked in, I felt like royalty. The location was perfect for me, with plenty of local amenities nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. Housekeeping was exceptional, and I loved all the room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. Plus, the terrace with garden furniture offered breathtaking views!

Located in the heart of one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods, this accommodation is conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and bars. Guests can admire the amazing skyline views from the comfort of their rooms and enjoy the modern amenities, including a full kitchen, gym, and game room. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ensuring that luggage racks are available for check-out and providing a TP run when needed.

It's disappointing that the hotel does not provide basic services expected from a property at this price point, such as coffee or breakfast.

Our stay at Level Chicago - Old Town was amazing! The in-room kitchen and laundry facilities made us feel right at home. Even though we had an issue with the stove clicking, the maintenance man was quick to come and fix it. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago.

Amazing time! Great location in a cool area with breathtaking views from the room. the staff was friendly and always helpful, providing us with a few complementary goodies that made us feel special. the room was nicely appointed with everything we needed and more!

Unpleasant surprise! We weren't informed about the high security deposit and were left a bit shaken.
