The staff was outstanding, especially Vanessa at the front desk, who offered us a room upgrade upon arrival. They were attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the breakfast staff kept everything fresh and the area clean. We also appreciated the nice grassy area where we could walk our dog. I had a minor issue with the thermostat, but the staff was quick to address it and offered solutions. I had a great experience at Element Miami Doral and would recommend it.
