I had a great experience at a hotel in Newport. the staff at Hampton Inn & Suites were friendly and efficient, quickly getting our room ready when we arrived. Despite it being a busy weekend, the breakfast area was well-stocked with a good variety of food options. the room itself was clean and spacious, and the staff was always helpful in providing information about the local area.

Our room at Hampton Inn was clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring Newport. The location was also convenient, with the Aquatic Center and the historic old town nearby. The hotel's secure facility provided an added sense of safety.

The pool was always crowded and there was constant noise from the road. It was also disappointing that the hotel couldn't accommodate our request to keep our rooms together for our asthmatic children.

The value for money at the Hampton Inn was excellent, with a clean and modern room that was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Newport on the levee and right across the river from Ohio. The staff treated us so well, making our stay peaceful and accommodating.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Staff was very nice, everything was pristine condition. Breakfast was complimentary with a good selection. Older gentleman, believe he was a manager was amazing, worked the morning of aug 9.

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were spacious and well-designed, with separate areas for the bed, bathroom, and kitchenette. the comfortable bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep. the breakfast selection was impressive and the seating area in the lobby was a great place to relax.

bathroom locks were missing

The hotel was extremely clean and updated, making for a pleasant stay. Its location was perfect, allowing for an easy walk to the nearby stadium and restaurants. the complimentary breakfast provided a variety of options and was a great way to start the day.

The pool had excessive chlorine, which caused my hair to turn green after just 30 minutes of swimming. Additionally, the check-in process was a bit confusing, with the front desk staff initially unable to find our reservation and requiring unnecessary confirmation.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn Cincinnati! The hotel's decor was modern and clean, from the lobby to our room. The staff were friendly and always went out of their way to assist us. The location was perfect, with restaurants, a movie theater, and even an aquarium within walking distance. We loved the hot breakfast and the fact that we could easily walk to both the Reds and Bengals stadiums.

Management is great and very responsive. Rooms have high ceilings, modern furnishing, and nice bathroom finishes. The hotel has great soundproofing and a modern vibe lounge. The location is convenient, within walking distance of Newport on the Levy. The hotel is clean and they provide hand sanitizer by the elevators. Maintenance and the manager were attentive and quickly resolved an issue with damp carpet. Breakfast includes hot items and healthy choices.

Felt like it was our own home, no complaints at all.

The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. The lobby and breakfast area were beautifully decorated and spacious. The view of the Cincinnati skyline from our room was breathtaking. The room had a Keurig and everything needed for a great cup of coffee. The location near the aquarium was convenient and the beds were comfortable.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Newport for Riverfest/WEBN Fireworks and had an amazing experience. The room was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the city and the Reds stadium. Mitch and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They allowed us to check in early, even gave my grandson a delightful surprise of Swedish fish. They provided valuable local recommendations for food and activities. The hotel was clean, secure, and well-appointed, and the hot breakfast was a great way to start the day.

While the beds and pillows were comfortable, there were a few issues. The beds felt slanted towards the wall and were overly soft yet hard at the same time.
