I keep returning for city trips. First visit, staff assisted with tech issues. Perfect spot for me with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Restaurant/Bar, Rooftop pool, laundry. Enjoy amenities like fitness center, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, sun loungers. Pet-friendly, A/C, non-smoking rooms.

I stayed at Element for a weekend event and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the Capitol Building from my room. the heated pool and gym were great amenities, and the continental breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelets, was exceptional. the central location made exploring downtown easy, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Borrowing bikes to tour the city and enjoying the rooftop pool, even in the snow, made my stay memorable.

Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

We were impressed by the cleanliness, availability of bikes for exploring the city, and the rooftop swimming pool which was enjoyable even in the snow. the staff was friendly, and we appreciated the variety of food options for breakfast, as well as the aesthetically appealing atmosphere.

Couldn’t ask for better.

We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast spread at Element. the variety of options and fresh lemon water made our mornings enjoyable. However, parking was challenging for larger vehicles. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this place! the location is perfect, making it easy to explore around. the service was top-notch, from the valet parking to the welcome drink upon arrival. the room amenities, from the cozy sitting area to the free toiletries, made me feel truly pampered.

The breakfast was delicious, offering made, to, order omelets and healthy options. the hotel's central location allowed easy walking access to important sights. Additionally, I enjoyed the view of the Capital Building from my room during the cold November days.

There were communication issues regarding the check, out time, leading to a somewhat unpleasant experience. the confusion over check, out times caused unnecessary stress.
