The location of the hotel was perfect for attending the conference center nearby. It was within walking distance, which made it very convenient for me. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, especially the room which smelled amazing. The staff, from the housekeeper to the breakfast servers and front office, were all friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Columbus for 4 nights while visiting Fort Benning. The staff at the Holiday Inn Express were incredibly friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi/hottub was a wonderful way to relax after a long day. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the staff were always polite. The location was convenient, with a nearby shopping center offering plenty of shops and restaurants. The front desk woman was friendly, and my daughter and I loved the easy walk to dinner.

I frequently stay at Holiday Inn Express on business trips, and this hotel consistently impresses me with its exceptional service. The staff, especially Linda, went above and beyond to accommodate my late arrival and even upgraded my room as an IHG Member. Yvonne at the front desk was also incredibly friendly and proactive, placing my family on the same floor without us even asking. The complimentary upgrade to a suite was perfect for us, especially since we had a young niece with us. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The whole property is well-maintained and modern. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff member who prepared the food was friendly and helpful. the excellent staff truly made our stay memorable.

The manager and staff were accommodating and allowed us to wait in the breakfast area until we received a call from the hospital. The breakfast was served safely and the rooms were clean. The day manager was kind and helpful.

As bike riders, we appreciated the easy parking and the clean, updated property. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a friendly and helpful staff member preparing delicious food. The room was clean, large, and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the breakfast was fantastic. The biscuits and gravy, as well as the grits, were incredibly tasty. The eating area was clean and the food was always fresh. I also loved the hotel's convenient location within walking distance of the civic center, which was perfect for my family business in town.
