also, the airport shuttle is a disaster. the bus was late, and when i finally boarded, it only went to terminal 1! not to mention, i was expecting a complimentary upgrade, but that obviously didn’t happen. just couldn’t give a good review.

The shuttle service was misleading and frustrating. It only took us to Terminal 1, despite being told otherwise. Additionally, other guests had issues with the shuttle timing, as it doesn't accommodate late flights well. The room itself felt stuffy, and the climate control system was ineffective, making our stay uncomfortable.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I fondly remember my first stay when the staff helped with my wake-up call. I’ll definitely return for the new year!
