As a business traveler, I loved the friendly staff who greeted me with joy and enthusiasm. The security guard went out of his way to help us even late at night. The front desk staff was accommodating and made our stay stress-free. The bar tender and kitchen staff were respectful and friendly. The complimentary snacks in the premium room were a nice touch.

The staff were excellent!!! Everyone was genuinely good spirited people. The shuttle bus drivers, the front desk, the ladies, and gents in the bar and restaurant area, housekeeping. Onsite food available to order or DoorDash. Breakfast had good options and choices. Large dining area with plenty of seating. Excellent people! Excellent choice!!

I stayed at Embassy Suites in Atlanta for a few nights and it was a great experience. The morning receptionist was friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The afternoon staff was also excellent. The room and bathroom were spectacular, and the hotel lounge was great. The staff was helpful and the airport shuttle driver gave me valuable advice. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers.

The staff was extremely helpful, the hotel lobby was welcoming, the king bedroom was spacious with two TVs, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the text message checking if we needed anything was impressive.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations on places to see and helped us with directions. We loved the location because it was close to the airport, but not in a busy area. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like an armchair, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, spa & wellness centre, and fitness centre. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites for a week-long business trip. The staff, including Charm at check-in, Connie who made our stay more comfortable, and the friendly bar tender on Thanksgiving night, were all exceptional. The kitchen staff was also friendly and the food was good. I loved the included breakfast buffet and the free evening reception. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient for getting to downtown using the MARTA train. The commons area had plenty of seating options, including private booths, which made socializing with friends enjoyable.
