The convenience of the location is incredible, with so many attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. However, the best part was the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

The location is ideal with a Starbucks and Ruth Chris in the hotel. There were also many other eating and entertainment places well within walking distance. The hotel also provided a place where you could store your luggage if you had to check out but were not leaving the area immediately. My husband and I had a five-hour wait from checkout time until we needed to leave for the airport. We were grateful to have somewhere to store our luggage safely and not have to carry it around with us until we left the area.

Although the hotel was fantastic, some services fell short. A requested wake-up call for my son and granddaughter's early flight was missed, and the valet attendant almost gave us the wrong car, causing a rush to the airport.

Not to mention, devilishly good ice cream parlor next door and a stellar location near hotspots! Cons: Valet rubbed the wrong way, breakfast rush needs a fix. still a peachy keen stay.

The hotel's fitness center and outdoor pool were a perfect retreat after a day of meetings. The outdoor pool and hot tub were well-maintained, providing a relaxing oasis in the heart of the city. The fitness center offered a range of equipment, allowing me to stick to my workout routine while away from home. These amenities truly enhanced my stay, giving me a chance to unwind and rejuvenate.

The convenience of Embassy Suites By Hilton Atlanta At Centennial Olympic Park being at a distance of 600 meters from the Georgia World Congress Center and Georgia Dome made it the perfect transit stay during my travel. The hotel's close proximity to the Philips Arena, African-American Heritage Museum, and Centennial Olympic Park provided ample opportunities for exploration.

The hotel's policy of not accepting cash payments and the inconvenience of encountering issues with the room key and water leakage dampened my experience. The lack of prompt assistance and customer service left much to be desired.
