Wonderful snorkeling experience for the kids, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool area was safe, and they had plenty of towels ready for everyone.

The experience was marred by a rude front desk agent. My husband, who has a disability, was denied the accessible room we reserved. This led to unnecessary stress and health issues for our family. The entrance can cause congestion, making check-in a hassle. Despite this, the hotel’s amenities, pool, and nearby attractions hold great potential for a pleasant stay. Progress is needed in service consistency and food quality.

So, I booked this hotel, and surprise—$50 a night for parking! Had no clue until after I reserved. the neighbors’ alarm blared at 6 AM for ages. Just felt like little things like that really added up to a frustrating stay.

The hotel is top-notch! The breakfast and evening reception are INCREDIBLE--so many options, you wouldn't believe it! The atrium lobby is just perfect for unwinding in between exploring! The only tiny downer was the chilly breakfast food, but with all the other great things offered, it didn't even put a dent in our amazing stay! 🌟

Breakfast had a nice egg station and comfortable beds. Valet parking was frustrating, took forever to retrieve the car.

The room had a microwave, but no plates or silverware, which was inconvenient. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and the couch had stains. Temperature control worked well, keeping the space at a cozy level. Noise wasn’t a major issue; we stayed fairly undisturbed. The cleanliness felt rushed, lacking those finer details. The iron was available, but the ironing board was damaged. the room met basic needs, though improvement in maintenance and cleanliness is needed for a more pleasant stay.

The hotel room was comfy and clean, with friendly staff. Enjoyed breakfast and evening reception. Unfortunately, housekeeping was missed, sink stopper broken. Limited bathroom amenities, long wait for soap. Good location and hotel features, but unexpected $50/night parking fee. Loved the park view, convenient for concert at State Farm Arena.

Perfectly situated near major attractions and parks

We loved how easy it was to walk to many attractions, including the incredible Georgia Aquarium which was just a short stroll away, along with Centennial Park and the College Football Hall of Fame just around the corner, making it ideal for exploring the city. The hotel features a nice restaurant and a Starbucks which were convenient, though the food options could improve a bit to cater to different dietary needs.
