The Jewel Hotel in New York provided modern comforts and convenient features, making my transit stay enjoyable. The proximity to the airport, with LaGuardia a mere 15 km away, was incredibly convenient for my travel schedule. the Terrace Club offered a delightful culinary experience with delicious dishes and cocktails, complemented by a panoramic view of Rockefeller Center.

The room did not meet my initial expectations, as the Queen size bed had two single mattresses pushed together, leading to discomfort during my stay. This deviation from the expected room setup was a minor inconvenience that detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

As a New Yorker returning home after 25 years, I found The Jewel Hotel to be the perfect location for our visit. The coffee and tea station in the lobby, along with the TV, provided a cozy and relaxing space for guests. The complimentary guest laundry facility was an added convenience. Pairing the TV with my smartphone was a useful feature, especially since the remote didn't work well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the free room upgrade due to our excessive luggage. Fast check-in and check-out, along with the complimentary cookies, coffee/tea, oranges, and water, made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with easy access to subway stations and walking distance to major attractions. Shopping on 5th avenue was convenient as I could easily go back to the hotel to drop off my bags. The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The purified water on every floor was a great touch, especially during the hot summer days. I even had a room with a stunning view of Rockefeller Center on my last two nights. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Our recent city break was made even better by our fantastic stay at a hotel with the most perfect location. So very close to the main attractions, we could walk within minutes to all the landmarks and favorite boutiques. Our room had a stunning view of the street, including the illustrious Radio City Music Hall, a spectacle to look at day and night. We enjoyed many amenities making our stay pleasurable and comfortable.

The housekeeping service could have been better with room cleaning only happening every few days.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in New York. The staff went above and beyond to help us, especially when we had some major challenges on our arrival day. Despite losing our ID and getting injured, the hotel worked tirelessly to check us in and make sure we were taken care of. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view over Rockefeller Plaza. The location was perfect, close to several subway stations and major tourist attractions. We also appreciated the hotel's facilities, such as the lifts and the second-floor lounge for early check-ins. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location made our stay unforgettable.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in New York and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk easily to 5th Avenue and Radio City. The hotel offered a variety of amenities, including a restaurant and lounge area, a fitness center, and even pet amenities. The room itself was clean and well-decorated, with all the necessary comforts such as air conditioning and a sitting area.

I recently stayed at The Jewel Hotel for a business trip. The location was perfect, just a minute away from Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center. The room was spacious and quiet, exactly what I requested. I was impressed by the attention to detail, with plenty of plugs and amenities for both work and relaxation. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The location was superb, very close to the subway line and most tourist attractions in midtown. It was so convenient to have the subway nearby and only one train plus the air train to-and-from JFK airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the fresh spring water dispensers in the hall and the mini muffins in the lobby in the morning. this hotel provided exceptional value for its prime midtown location.

This place is fantastic! It's smack in the center of midtown Manhattan, so it's in the heart of NYC near all of the typical tourist attractions. I loved that it was right in Rockefeller center and close to Central park AND Times Square. The staff here were wonderful and responded promptly to every request I had. I also appreciated the amenities such as the microwave, kitchenette, flat-screen TV, and dining restaurant. The room service, dry cleaning, and grocery shopping services were also a big plus.

I would definitely recommend this venue to family and friends.

As party people, we absolutely loved the convenient luggage storage and use of the second floor lounge for restroom and refreshments. The staff promptly fulfilled all of our requests and the location was surprisingly quiet, despite being across from Rockefeller Center.

We felt very much at home and had no complaints during our stay.
