The location is also perfect, just a short walk away from the Kay Bailey Hutchinson event center. The service we received from the staff was outstanding, they truly made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food at the hotel was delicious, both the bar snacks and breakfast options. The room itself was spacious, trendily decorated, and had a comfortable bed. our experience at Lorenzo Hotel surpassed all expectations and we will definitely be returning.

I was blown away by the unique interior design at Lorenzo Hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the ambiance and decor made me feel like I had entered a whole new world. The hotel even had a delightful scent in the lobby that I absolutely loved!

While my overall experience at Lorenzo Hotel was fantastic, there was one minor inconvenience. I had to pay an extra fee for parking using a third-party website. Considering the value and quality of the hotel, it would have been more convenient if the parking fee was already included in the stay or if I could have paid for it directly at check-in.
