I recently stayed at Embassy Suites in Naperville for a week-long trip to Chicago. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of delicious food including made-to-order omelettes. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. I also appreciated the shuttle service to the Metra, which made it easy to get into the city in just 45 minutes. a great experience.

Our two-night stay at Embassy Suites was exceptional. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and our room on the fifth floor was spacious and well-appointed with modern amenities. We enjoyed the convenience of having a mini fridge, microwave, wet bar, and two large TVs. The complimentary drinks and snacks from 5:30pm until 7:30pm were a delightful bonus. The free cook-to-order breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection. The hotel's location was convenient, with numerous restaurants nearby, including a halal option where we dined daily. Though the hotel is a bit of a drive from downtown Chicago, we didn't mind as Naperville is beautiful, clean, and safe. We also appreciated the evening tea and coffee service, and our kids had a great time in the indoor swimming pool. The parking area was spacious, and overall, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The hallway on my floor was extremely cold, which made it uncomfortable to walk through.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of dining options, both within walking distance and right outside the parking lot. The complimentary breakfast offers made-to-order omelets and eggs, and there is an evening reception with drinks. The lobby is nice and new, and there are some good facilities available in the hotel.

The housekeeping service could be improved.
