During our stay, the staff lost a package we had shipped, leaving us to fend for ourselves with UPS. Requests for extra towels and turn down service were ignored, which was frustrating. On check-out day, we faced unwanted knocking from housekeeping an hour before our departure, complicating our exit after a long night.

Waited ages for our room while my kids auditioned for a circus act in the lobby! It was so late, even the check-in desk was ready for bed!
