During my stay at this hotel over xmas, I had a pleasant experience. the staff at the front desk were all very friendly, and one particular night shift employee went above and beyond by keeping an eye on the parking lot and preventing a potential theft. the easy check-in process, breakfast offerings, comfortable mattress, and friendly front desk staff were all highlights of my stay.

There were some drawbacks to my experience. the bed height was challenging for guests with mobility issues, and the room layout and furniture were inconvenient.

Ms. Jennifer at the front desk was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. the staff were friendly and attentive, especially the night shift lady who ensured the safety of our belongings. the overall ambiance was pleasant, and the room was comfortable.

I never doubt where to stay. They found my lost jewel on my first visit. Wi-Fi, parking, fitness centre, and laundry are perfect. Staff is welcoming and available at all hours. I always return for trips.
