The staff here were amazing, especially considering all the issues in NYC at the moment. They were super nice and kind to me. Kenneth understood what was going on and said he would make contact with the driver to return to us with the bag. Although we had to wait for quite some time, their efforts were commendable. the bar area was great, lots of choice and loads of it, a perfect way to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. the location, within walking distance from Times Square and many shops, was very nice. It was good for some of the main sights like Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building, and Central Park.

Breakfast was very busy and a little chaotic at times with limited seating. It could be improved by organizing the breakfast area better to accommodate all guests comfortably.
