Perfectly positioned near iconic attractions and vibrant city life!

During my stay, I was thrilled to discover that many must-see landmarks were within a short walking distance, as Times Square is just under a kilometer away and the Empire State Building is only about 650 meters away, making it incredibly easy to explore the city's bright lights and sounds at my own pace, while Central Park is a bit further at almost 4 kilometers but still accessible for a lovely stroll; plus, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable with great staff who provided a delicious breakfast. One minor thing I noticed was that the elevators could get busy at peak times, but overall, it didn’t detract from my fantastic experience!

We had so much trouble with the sofa bed—night one it worked, but by the third night, it jammed and wouldn’t budge. We were exhausted and just couldn't wait for help.

Clean rooms. Movie nights were a nice touch. The elevators were slow at times.

Super convenient spot! We walked to Broadway shows easily. The staff was friendly, though a bit swamped during check-in. Breakfast was tasty, but the layout was chaotic, so get there early. The bathroom was nicely updated. The pull-out sofa was pretty uncomfortable, like sleeping on a lumpy mountain.

Location was a huge plus—right in the heart of everything, with Shake Shack and a subway just minutes away. The room felt spacious for two, though that fold-out couch was more of a monster than a convenience. Breakfast was chaotic, and options didn’t cater well to dietary restrictions. A nice touch was the $30 bar credit we received; however, service was hit or miss. Some staff were friendly, but I encountered an uncomfortable moment during check-in. Unexpected smoke smell in the hallway was off-putting but faded. A few bumps, but the views from the 33rd floor were stunning!

Clean room on the 32nd floor with stunning views. The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well. Location is exemplary. Just a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal and Penn Station. Easy access to tourist hotspots and numerous dining options nearby. The friendly staff, especially Mauricio at breakfast, contributed to a positive atmosphere. Breakfast was abundant, although the seating situation can become tight. A few issues arose: Wi-Fi outages and air conditioning troubles were addressed promptly, showcasing good communication. the first night's room change due to a lack of connecting doors was disappointing. The elevators felt slow during peak times. Attention to detail in cleanliness is needed. Would recommend, but with caution.
