Well-maintained industrial-style place, comfortable bedding; enjoyed the pool and hot tub, a staff member went the extra mile during breakfast and kept us safe during a tornado watch; liked the hotel cocktail hour, good food at the restaurant; staff were kind, helpful and welcoming.

We had a comfortable stay with great bedding and a clean facility. the breakfast was delicious, especially the breakfast burrito. the location of the hotel was convenient with easy access from the freeway and a quiet atmosphere.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was broken and that the sofa in the bedroom was uncomfortable. Additionally, the rooftop bar was only open on weekends and had limited hours.

The hotel is right on the river, offering gorgeous views and a peaceful walking path. The modern and trendy atmosphere, along with the spacious and clean rooms, impressed me. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the preservation of the original architecture and the history behind the hotel. The breakfast setup was top-notch, and having a coffee shop across the hall was a bonus. it was a great stay.

The hotel offers a lovely pool and hot tub, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff is exceptional, especially during a tornado watch, ensuring everyone's safety. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a helpful staff member even making multiple to-go plates for my kids. As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the well-maintained facilities that catered to my needs.

The evening reception was a wonderful surprise. Open bar from 5:30 to 7:30. The bartender and wait staff were all very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the food, especially the pizza. Best in town.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites in Rockford for a week-long business trip. The breakfast every morning was a nice start to the day, and the staff serving it was always friendly and helpful. The rooftop dinner on our last night was a highlight of the stay, with delicious food and a stunning view. The architecture and design of the hotel are beautiful, and our room was spacious and kept clean. The staff, especially Armando and Joanna, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The evening reception with an open bar was a great surprise, and the pizza served there was the best I've had.

The bedding was super comfy, slept better than my bed at home. The facility was squeaky clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Addressing the parking situation with the customer during check-in would have been helpful. Ended up with a parking ticket, which was quite inconvenient.

We spent our Christmas at this hotel and we had a wonderful stay! the location is perfect, close to everything we needed: restaurants, shops and major attractions. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff that was always willing to help us with anything we needed. Another plus was the beautiful view of the river!

We had some issues with the parking arrangements. the front desk receptionist was not clear with her explanation and we were left uncertain about whether or not we would receive a ticket for parking in the city lot across the street.

Accommodations and service were nice. Cocktail hour and breakfast were good. Hotel was well maintained and had a nice design. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Staff kept guests safe during a tornado watch. Would happily stay again.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The design and history behind the building were fascinating. From the entrance to the lobby, elevators, restaurant, bar, and our suite. The staff here went above and beyond, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the atmosphere was inviting. I also can't forget to mention the beautiful view at night. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
