Located in a corporate area on the outskirts of town, this hotel offers clean rooms and great service, similar to other Embassy's in the area. I got great value for my money at Embassy Suites. The room was amazing, with a cozy seating area and a beautiful view from the 8th floor. The staff, especially Jessie at check-in and Aaron Baker, were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel valued as a guest.

For breakfast, the only thing that could have been better was the variety of food options.

The pool was beautiful and had a waterfall and plants, and there were plenty of clean towels. the made-to-order breakfast was a hit, with a veggie omelet and dippy eggs cooked right in front of us. the hotel was also great for large groups and families, with plenty of space and amenities.

The hotel room did not have the correct bed configuration that was reserved, and the staff didn't seem interested in fixing the issue. the hotel itself was older and not up to par, with a dated bathtub and room decor.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that every guest was well taken care of. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and even a kitchenette, which was a bonus. The breakfast options were extensive and delicious, with something for everyone to enjoy.

I had the best hotel experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful and warm indoor pool. The location in a northwest suburb was perfect for me, as I needed to leave my vehicle at a nearby repair shop. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to events during the hot day was very convenient. I also liked the layout of the common area where breakfast is served, providing a spacious and inviting atmosphere.

Loud noise throughout night, poor sleep, and unable to use the pool due to overcrowding. Not recommended for a relaxing getaway.
