The rooftop terrace was beautiful and worth the stay. The valet parking staff in the garage were kind. The TV and access to channels were great. The free bike rentals were a great amenity for tourists.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were accommodating and helped us check-in early, allowing us to rest before heading out. We also loved the wine hour between 5-6pm, it was a pleasant surprise and a nice way to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel's location was perfect, with just a short walk to the beach and close proximity to the Lincoln Road Mall.

The view from our room was disappointing as we expected to see boats in the harbor, but instead, we had a view of a storage facility. It was a bit misleading. Additionally, there were some minor issues with the room service forgetting our order and difficulties with the TV remote. The rooftop bar was closed during our stay, and we encountered a strange situation at the restaurant where the host wouldn't allow us to sit outside, even though there were empty seats.

I loved the location, with a golf cart driver who drops you off right at the beach. The hotel is also walkable to the beach and there are great shopping and restaurant options nearby. The rooftop pool offers a lively atmosphere and a fantastic view. The room size was nice and the toiletries provided in the shower were a nice touch.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was near my friend's house and also close to the beach. The staff were amazing, always professional and helpful, especially Denise. The room was very nice and had everything for my comfort needs, including tea and coffee facilities and ironing facilities.

Our stay at Kimpton was fantastic! The location was perfect, with Lincoln Road shopping just a short walk away and easy access to Ocean Drive. The hotel offers free beach chairs, bikes, and a shuttle bus. There is a fabulous Italian restaurant downstairs and a rooftop pool. The valet service is amazing and the hotel is beautiful.

I really think I got great value for my money at Kimpton in South Beach. The room was modern and spacious, and the rooftop pool was absolutely gorgeous. The location was perfect, just a short Uber ride away from Collins Avenue and the beach. The staff, especially Jake, were extremely nice and helpful.

Hotel breakfast could have had more options.

Located just a short walk to the beach and close to a friend’s house, the hotel room was comfortable and had great views of the city. The facilities, such as the rooftop pool, were well-maintained and the staff was accommodating.

Although some aspects of the hotel, such as the location and pool, were enjoyable, the breakfast options were limited.

The staff exceeded our expectations, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. They allowed us to check in early and even moved us to a handicap accessible room when we needed it. The rooms were clean and modern, with a spacious bathroom and plenty of counter space. The hotel's location was perfect, with a harbor view and close proximity to the beach, shops on Lincoln, the convention center, and The Filmore. The pool and rooftop view were also stunning. The valet parking service was prompt, and they even provided a free shuttle to the beach.
