I recently stayed at the Graduate and had a wonderful time. My purpose for visiting was to explore the University of Virginia campus and the hotel's location was perfect for that. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Shannon and Wendy. The valet service was convenient and the check-in process was quick and easy. The room was clean, well-furnished, and had a comfortable bed. I appreciated the complimentary bike rentals, which allowed me to explore the city. I had a great experience and would definitely stay at the Graduate again.

Parking charges were a surprise and the staff was unhelpful when it came to accommodating a late checkout request. No drawers in the cabinets was a bit inconvenient.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of town with the UVA campus just across the street. The room was so comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, like ironing facilities and air conditioning. I loved having a sitting area to relax in, and the in-room safe gave me peace of mind. The garden furniture outside was a nice touch, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. The shower was great, and the free toiletries were a nice bonus. I appreciated having a refrigerator, microwave, and dryer in the room, as well as an electric kettle for my morning cuppa. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment after a long day exploring the area. The dining options here were fantastic, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area to choose from. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The complementary wine and chocolates when we arrived were a nice touch, and the cozy atmosphere of the room was perfect for our romantic getaway. the location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions and we had a lovely stroll through the quaint streets.

The staff were unresponsive and the room lacked basic necessities such as a microwave and refrigerator. the lack of variety in the breakfast options left us feeling unsatisfied.

As foreign tourists, we loved the university-themed decor and cozy ambiance of the hotel. The rooms had modern amenities like a Keurig coffee maker and refrigerator, and the herringbone drapes and plaid carpeting made us feel like we were in an Ivy League dorm. The staff were extremely friendly and the location was perfect, with the UVA campus right across the street and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was also a dog-friendly hotel, which was a bonus for us.

When we had an issue with our mini fridge, maintenance quickly replaced it. the front desk staff even went above and beyond, assisting us when our early morning cab didn't show up. a wonderful experience at Graduate.
