This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. Firstly, the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel was clean and well lit, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Lastly, the location was ideal for travel from Love Field. It was close to downtown and there was very little delay time traveling to the city.

The breakfast spread was not good, especially the bacon and sausage options.

The room was spacious and stylish with sliding doors. The atrium was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff was helpful and the shuttle service was exceptional.

We had a canceled flight and were tired with two small kids. We called the hotel and got an affordable suite with free shuttle from the airport. The breakfast was amazing and made-to-order. Laundry service was free and the pool was enjoyable. I recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It was conveniently located near the airport and two office buildings, making it easy to get around. The staff was excellent and helped me with everything I needed, from room service to car hire and dry cleaning. I also appreciated the free airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance. My room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including sitting area, terrace, in-room safe, and television. The indoor swimming pool and spa & wellness centre were a great way to relax after a long day of work.

Excellent breakfast with made-to-order omelets and moist scrambled eggs. Free happy hour and a nice "forest area" at the back of the property. Convenient shuttle service, allowed us to swim and do laundry even after pool hours. Flexible check-out time and abundance of hearty breakfast options. Memorable stay during a troublesome layover.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel with our family! The location was perfect for the events we attended and there were lots of restaurants nearby. The atrium was stunning - we loved sitting there and chatting in between activities. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The fitness center was well-appointed and there was even a free weights section.

The mini-market could use some improvements.

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the cleanliness and modern design. The building and rooms were well-maintained and had a sleek and updated look. Additionally, the location was great as it was close to the airport but surprisingly quiet. Despite being near a lot of restaurants, I didn't experience any noise disturbance. Another positive point was the staff, who were friendly and accommodating. The reception check-in was quick and informative, and the breakfast staff, especially Ana, were exceptional.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites for a business trip and was very impressed. The staff was incredibly attentive and the upgraded King Suite they gave me as an Honors member was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with plenty of room for all my belongings. The bar staff was friendly, and the hotel itself had a beautiful design and great parking availability. a fantastic experience.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location in between two office buildings at the airport is ideal. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms were great. The beds were comfortable, and the made-to-order eggs at breakfast were delicious.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites was well worth the money. The rooms were spacious enough for our large family and the happy hour and pool were great additions to our stay. The location was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff treated us with exceptional customer service, from the friendly registration staff to the splendid service at the on-site restaurant.

While the breakfast offerings were deliciously made-to-order, one small improvement could be made to enhance the experience.
